Scope
Working together with Fleming Way Interiors to provide equipment for a new shop opening and refurbishment of current location.
Services Provided
Planning, design, supply and install of all necessary equipment required to open a new coffee shop and refurbish an existing site on a tight budget. A PPM (planned preventative maintenance) contract has also been agreed for both sites since completion of the projects.
Contract Value
New Opening: £25,000
Refurbishment: £10,000
PPM Contract: £1,000 per annum

Six months
